(The Sun) A MAN who stabbed his model ex-girlfriend to death then dumped her body in a suitcase in the River Severn has been detained for life.
Charles Byrne, 25, also attempted to murder an eight-year-old girl after she allegedly saw Christina Rowe’s body in Worcester.
The fiend strangled and stabbed 28-year-old Christina, who had a daughter, at a home in the city before moving her body to the river in a suitcase.
She was discovered near a footbridge in the water on February 10 last year.
Byrne, who had met Christina on a dating app, later told police: “I just lost my temper”.
