T.I.P. stands tall and proud with 60 years of experience in providing quality education for all, bearing the colors white, yellow, black, and grey, T.I.P. is in the heart of two of the busiest central business districts in the metro (Quiapo, Manila and Cubao, Quezon City).

Founded in 1962 by Engr. Demetrio A. Quirino and Dr. Teresita U. Quirino, the institution has, time and again, proven to be a viable player in the field.

Here are the reasons why:

1. T.I.P.’s programs are ABET-accredited.

Not once, but twice.

T.I.P. got the first ABET accreditation of 20 of its programs in 2013 – 14 from the Engineering Accreditation Commission (EAC) and 6 from the Computing Accreditation Commission (CAC).

In 2018, T.I.P. vied for the second cycle of ABET international accreditation and received, a year later, reaccreditation of all 20 of its engineering and computing programs.
