(The Manila Times) Global Sikaran president and founder Hari Osias Banaag of the Philippines is set to receive three major citations from prestigious award-giving bodies in Manila and California, USA.

Banaag, who also established the International Sikaran Academy in Central California, will be one of the recipients of USA Martial Arts Hall of Fame Award in a gala night in Fullerton, California on May 20, 2023.

The 10th degree red-belter grandmaster will also be recognized as the “Outstanding Man of Dedication in the Field of Philippine Martial Arts” at the Maharlikang Filipino Awards in Okada Manila on June 2, 2023.

He will receive the highest recognition for establishing a world class organization in the field of martial arts, the Global Sikaran Federation-Philippine Martial Arts, in the USA and Canada.
